1. Can I pay the fee with wallets like Luno wallet, Binance and other wallets?
Yes! You can pay the fee using any wallet you have, but the receiving address needs to be from an open source wallet like TrustWallet or MetaMask. Our preferred wallet is TrustWallet. Click Here for instructions on how to add it to your wallet.
2. I have entered my ETH address instead of the Wheel address, is it ok?
Yes, your ETH address on TrustWallet is actually the same as your wheel address on all networks (Eth, Polygon, BNB).
3. I activated the network fee but I don’t see the status change and it’s still “Waiting for network Fee”. What is wrong?
If you paid the network fee and the status didn’t change to “Waiting for Transfer” within 25 minutes (you can leave the page and go back to it after 25 minutes). That usually happens when the amount is not sent exactly as instructed.
In any case that after you sent the payment and the status did not change after at least 25 minutes, please send us an email to [email protected]
from your Wheel email (The email you use to login to your Wheel account) with ALL the following details:
a. Screenshots of your fee transaction (from wallet, exchange).
For example, you send screenshot from your Binance, Luno or other accounts showing the details of the transaction.
b. Link to the transaction on the blockchain.
In your dashboard open the menu and click on Support and fill the form with those details.
4. My status is Paid but I don’t see the coins in my wallet

Awhile ago I sent money from spin to my trust
wallet and it is now there ($ Wallet). I was going to leave it there and wait for the price to go up but something has come up and could use the money. I plan on leaving $10000 in spin but could use the rest now. So how do I get what is in my Trust wallet out?
