1. Can I pay the fee with wallets like Luno wallet, Binance and other wallets?<\/strong>
Yes! You can pay the fee using any wallet you have, but the receiving address needs to be from an open source wallet like TrustWallet or MetaMask. Our preferred wallet is TrustWallet. Click Here<\/a> for instructions on how to add it to your wallet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. I have entered my ETH address instead of the Wheel address, is it ok?<\/strong>
Yes, your ETH address on TrustWallet is actually the same as your wheel address on all networks (Eth, Polygon, BNB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. I activated the network fee but I don’t see the status change and it’s still “Waiting for network Fee”. What is wrong?<\/strong>
If you paid the network fee and the status didn’t change to “Waiting for Transfer” within 25 minutes (you can leave the page and go back to it after 25 minutes). That usually happens when the amount is not sent exactly as instructed.
