Yes! You can pay the fee using any wallet you have, but the receiving address needs to be from an open source wallet like TrustWallet or MetaMask. Our preferred wallet is TrustWallet. Click Here<\/a> for instructions on how to add it to your wallet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. I have entered my ETH address instead of the Coiner address, is it ok?<\/strong>
Yes, your ETH address on TrustWallet is actually the same as your $Coiner address on all networks (Eth, Polygon, BNB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. I activated the network fee but I don’t see the status change and it’s still “Waiting for network Fee”. What is wrong?<\/strong>
If you paid the network fee and the status didn’t change to “Waiting for Transfer” within 25 minutes (you can leave the page and go back to it after 25 minutes). That usually happens when the amount is not sent exactly as instructed.
In any case that after you sent the payment and the status did not change after at least 25 minutes, please send us an email to: support@slotcoiner.com from your SlotCoiner email (The email you use to login to your SlotCoiner account) with ALL<\/strong> the following details:
a. Screenshots<\/strong> of your fee transaction (from wallet, exchange).
For example, you send screenshot from your Binance, Luno or other accounts showing the details of the transaction.
b. Link to the transaction on the blockchain.

4. My status is Paid but I don’t see the coins in my wallet<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
