Payment Issues


First of all rest assured that if you made a payment and something didn’t work, we will handle it and fix your issue!

If you sent Bitcoin or any other coin and the transaction still on “Waiting” it could be that the network is busy, and your payment should be clear in 1-60 minutes. You can check later on your “Payments” page if the status has changed to “Waiting for transfer”.

In any case that after you sent the payment and the status did not change after at least 10 minutes, please contact us with the following details:

* Your wallet address.
* The exact amount you sent. Examples: 103.3137 TRX , 0.0357156 BTC , 4.3725 USDT and so on.
* Link to the transaction on the blockchain.
* Screenshots of your payment (from wallet, or exchange).

In your dashboard open the menu, click on payments and find “Support”, enter the link and you will find support email address.
